About You:
We are seeking a passionate and versatile Digital Marketer & Creative Lead who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can wear multiple hats. You will be a key member of our Creative Department, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies for our clients, while also contributing your design expertise to branding projects. You are a natural storyteller with a keen eye for aesthetics and a knack for creating engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Client Branding:
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and Project Managers to design and develop branding projects for our clients, including logos, brand guidelines, and visual identities.
- Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and other visual assets that align with the client's brand vision and messaging.
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and manage social media strategies for assigned clients, including content calendars, platform selection, and audience targeting.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Develop and design graphics, posters, and short animated videos for social media posts.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, including engagement metrics and campaign effectiveness.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build positive relationships with online communities.
- Teamwork and Collaboration:
- Work closely with the photographer and videographer to develop and execute creative content projects.
- Collaborate with other team members, including Project Managers and Account Executives, to ensure seamless client service and project delivery.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, share creative ideas, and contribute to the overall creative direction of the agency.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing or creative agency setting.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of organization and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Understanding of basic video editing software and animation tools (a plus).
